It is now time to personalise our cruise via Seabourn Voyage control. You can then attach your booking and start personalising your cruise. It is also the place where you will complete check in and receive your e tickets. Tip! The App is really useful on board as it shows the daily activities, plus you can book for some events and shore excursions etc
Wherever in the world you are cruising with Seabourn the onboard currency is US Dollars (USD$)
Tip! It is a cashless society onboard so register your credit card at check in and use your room key as a charge card onboard
Seabourn include a wide range of premium spirits and fine wines in your cruise fare, with optional premium upgrades for rare wines and top shelf spirits. Wine Collector Packages are available for those who enjoy particular vintages from Reserve, Prestige or Collector packages. Note if you purchase a wine collectors package you qualify for an additional free bottle of wine
Seabourn includes the Surf Wi-Fi Package in all cruise fares which allows 1 device per guest with unlimited minutes for checking social posts and emails etc. Stream Wi-Fi upgrade package is available at additional cost which allows 2 devices per guest. Guests booked in Penthouse and Premium suites, as well as Seabourn Club members who have reached Diamond status or above automatically receive the 2 device stream package. T&C apply
Seabourn do not offer any Kids clubs or child programmes onboard. Seabourn ships are designed to be adult centric with a quiet sophisticated elegance. This doesn't mean kids are forbidden, but there are no special onboard services or facilities for them onboard
No! We are living in the digital age. Your E tickets will show up in your App after you have paid in full and completed all the mandatory check in information
Tipping is neither required nor expected. You would normally only tip if you purchased additional services in the salon or treatments in the spa
Some Seabourn promotional fares will offer a guarantee grade suite. This allows you to choose the type of suite you would like i.e Oceanview or Balcony etc but you cannot choose the location or suite number. Seabourn will choose your room and advise you on departure in the App. Note this can be anywhere on the ship. Special requests are not accepted on these rooms
Yes! All guests including infants require a valid passport if your cruise is visiting any international port, even if you don't plan to get off. Preload your passport details for each guest in the Celebrity Cruises App for speedier boarding on your departure day
- It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us at the time of booking if they or anyone in their party is pregnant or becomes pregnant after booking.
- Cruise lines have specific policies regarding pregnancy, including restrictions that may prevent passengers from sailing if they enter the 24th week of pregnancy by the final day of the cruise. These policies vary between cruise lines and are non-negotiable.
- Customers are required to review the cruise line’s pregnancy policy before booking and ensure they meet all medical requirements for travel.
- If a pregnancy is disclosed after the booking has been confirmed and the passenger is unable to travel due to the cruise line’s pregnancy policy, standard cancellation penalties will apply as outlined in our terms and conditions.
- We will assist customers to the best of our ability in exploring alternatives (e.g., transferring the booking to another passenger) but cannot guarantee a refund or waiver of fees.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances, including those related to pregnancy and medical conditions.
Yes! This is a trap for new cruisers, so if your cruise is visiting New Caledonia, Lifou or Mare you MUST have a Travel Insurance policy and be able to show it at embarkation. Norfolk Island is part of Australia, so regardless of your residency if you are not travelling on an NZ or Australian passport, you will need an Australian visa. This applies even if you do not plan to disembark. More Info here
