Tokyo city has two main cruise terminal locations (Tokyo International Cruise Terminal & Harumi Passenger Ship Terminal). There are also two cruise terminals in Yokohama. Osanbashi Terminal which is closest to Yokohama, or Daikoku Container Terminal in Yokohama Bay, which is often used for very large cruise ships. Check your cruise line assigned terminal when arranging transfers
