Cheap Cruises NZ

Best advice is to Book Early, as cruises don't depart every day. If you want a specific itinerary, date or room type, then lock it in now, while it is available.

That's great, then the world is your oyster. Simply sort our cruise display below by price and you will see cruises from the cheapest price first. You can add extra filters like dates, destinations or cruise lines if you want to narrow down the choices

Yes, quite often you will see "Free Onboard Spending Money", "Room Upgrades" and even "Free or Reduced price Drinks packages". Look out for our promotion banners and also read the Cruise fare details on the cabin availability page

You will see these quite often and they are a great way to save, if you don't mind where your room is located. You choose the category Inside, Oceanview or Balcony and you let the cruise line choose the location. Note you cannot make any special requests when you book this room type and you cannot change the room once the cruise line has allocated your room.

You will often see great deals on Obstructed View rooms, these are a great way to save and are a fantastic alternative with some natural light compared to interior rooms with no windows. What does obstructed mean? You could have some ship infrastructure outside your window, or possibly even a lifeboat blocking your view.

These are limited time cruise offers on sale for a very short time. You often have to book and pay same day and they don't usually allow any changes after booking

This is really a personal choice, but our rule of thumb is, if your cruise has lots of port calls then you won't really get value from a drinks package, as you will be off the ship most days. Some cruise lines offer Drinks included fares and these can often be a lot cheaper than purchasing the drinks onboard. MSC as an example saves you around 40% off the onboard drinks prices when you purchase their fare including drinks. Look out for special promotions including the drinks and/or Wi-Fi

If you stay flexible and can travel in the shoulder seasons before the peaks you can often find some amazing cruise deals. PLUS the destinations are usually a bit quieter, so it's a win win as you pay less and there are less crowds
